摘 要:探索了免烫整理工艺中催化剂、缓冲剂、聚氨酯添加剂、强力保护剂用量及整理液pH值等因素对织物强力损失和游离甲醛含量的影响.结果表明:较佳整理配方为免烫树脂60g/L+聚氨酯添加剂20g/L(或免烫树脂80g/L),催化剂12.5g/L,缓冲剂2.0g/L,强力保护剂20g/L.在较佳配方下,织物的强力损失得到了较大提升,游离甲醛含量远低于75mg/kg,各项指标得到兼顾.The effects of variable factors, the dosage of catalyst, buffer, polyurethane additive and strength protectant and pH value of finishing liquor, on the strength loss and free formaldehyde content of fabric in permanent press finishing were discussed. The results showed that the optimum finishing formutation was: 60 g/L of permanent press resin+20 g/L of polyurethane additive (or 80 g/L of permanent press resin), 12.5 g/L of catalyst, 2.0 g/L of buffer and 20 g/L of strength protectant. The strength loss of fabric treated with optimum formulation was significantly improved and free formaldehyde content was far lower than 75 mg/kg, and the finishing made a compromise of each index.
