摘 要:采用硫酸钠和氯化钠复合溶液,对水泥-石灰石粉胶砂试件开展了长期浸泡腐蚀试验,测试了试件强度,并用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析研究了浸泡试件。试验结果表明:在硫酸盐和氯盐共同作用下,水泥-石灰石粉胶砂试件比纯水泥胶砂试件的腐蚀破坏更加严重,其生成产物主要有CaSO4·2H2O,CaCl2以及中间产物CaAl(2CO3)(2OH)4·6H2O和氯铝酸钙;水泥-石灰石粉胶砂试件因产生石膏,石膏膨胀造成开裂,从外到里而破坏。腐蚀后期,CaAl(2CO3)(2OH)4·6H2O和氯铝酸钙分解以及CaCl2溶解进一步加剧了腐蚀破坏。The hardened cement mortar specimens with and without ground limestone were immersed in Na2SO4 and NaCl composite solution.The strengths of the specimens were measured and the microstructures of the specimens were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The experimental results indicate that the cracks ofspecimens with ground limestone are much more serious in the presence ofsulfate and chloride;The XRD analysis shows that the main products are CaSO4·2H2O,CaCl2 ,Calcium aluminate chloride and CaAl2(CO3)2(OH)4·6H2O. The cement-ground limestone specimens will split,be intenerated in their surface and destroyed from outside to inside due to gypsum expansion. The decomposition of CaAl2(CO3)2(OH)4·6H2O and Calcium aluminate chloride and the dissolving of CaCl2 lead to further corrosion deterio- ration of specimens.
