摘 要:从掺用缓凝剂及施工力学角度分析,导致某工程质量事故的主要原因是缓凝剂超掺量和支护方案选择不当。基于掺缓凝剂混凝土结构施工安全的探讨,建议在设定模板及其支撑层数、施工周期等参数后,应将施工层高度、相应的环境温度及风速、浇筑混凝土时的预期强度、混凝土拆模强度等因素,纳入试验确定缓凝剂掺量的约束条件,实行动态控制缓凝剂掺量,以达到掺缓凝剂混凝土结构的施工安全。From an angle of using set retarder and construction mechanics, exceed dosage of set retarder and improper shoring project are main reasons which induced some engineering quality trouble of a certain structure.According to probe into construction safety of concrete structures with set retarder, after setting parameters of formwork levels, construction period etc.restriction condition which choosing by testing should bring with height of construction slab, corresponding surroundings temperature and wind speed, expectant concrete strength of certain member while placing concrete, concrete early-age strength of removal formwork etc..In order to maintain construction safety of concrete structures with set retarder, dynamic control dosage of set retarder is suggested.
