摘  要:研究了80目橡胶粉在四种掺量(0、30、60、90kg/m3)下混凝土的拌合物性能、强度、弹性模量和冻融耐久性。结果表明:混凝土的坍落度随橡胶粉掺量的增加而不断减小;在不添加引气剂的情况下,橡胶粉会使混凝土的含气量显著增加。加入橡胶粉后,混凝土的强度和弹性模量均出现不同程度的下降,且掺量越大,其下降的幅度越大。力学性能衰减幅度的大小关系为:抗压强度损失>轴心抗压强度损失>抗压弹性模量损失>弯拉弹性模量损失>弯拉强度损失。橡胶粉能增加混凝土的韧性,其掺量越大,混凝土的韧性越好。橡胶粉对混凝土的抗冻性有明显改善,掺量越高,混凝土的抗冻性越好。橡胶粉改善混凝土抗冻性的原因有两个:增加了混凝土的含气量和80目橡胶粉本身能改善混凝土的抗冻性。The workability,strength,elastic modulus and resistance to fi-eezing-thawing cycle of rubberized concrete are experimentally researched with the dosage of rubber powder (under sieve mesh 60) being 0,30,60,and 90 kg/m^3 respectively.The slump of rubberized concrete decreases with the dosage of rubber powder increased.More the strength and elastic modulus of rubberized concrete decreases, more the dosage of rubber powder.The attenuation magnitude of mechanical properties is as follows:compressive strength loss〉axial compressive strength loss〉compressive elastic modulus〉flexural elastic modulus〉flexural strength loss.The toughness of concrete can be enhanced with the dosage of rubber powder increased.The resistance to freezing-thawing cycle is obviously improved also with the dosage of rubber powder increased.The reasons for the improvement of that are :the air content of concrete is increased and rubber powder under sieve mesh 80 can improve the resistance to freezing by itself.
