摘 要:汽包水位是工业锅炉安全、稳定运行的重要指标。汽包水位的控制大部分采用传统PID控制方式,由于系统的非线性和参数的不确定性,其控制效果往往难以满足要求。因模糊控制适应性好、鲁棒性强和PID控制精度高的特点,引入了模糊-PID控制器进行控制。仿真结果表明,系统的实时性和稳定性都得到了提高,取得了良好的控制效果。Drum water level is an important index to ensure the safety and stable operation for industrial boilers. Currently, most drum water level is controlled by conventional PID methods. For the non-linearity and uncertainty in the system, it often happens that their control effect can hardly meet the requirement. Because fuzzy control has the advantages of good adaptability and strong robustness ,and PID has high control accuracy, this paper introduces a control method with Fuzzy-PID controller. The emulation result shows that this method improves the system' s real-time and stability, and a good control effect is obtained as well.
