摘  要:湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)的双入口吸收塔烟道布置方案与传统单入口吸收塔布置方案相比,具有能耗低、占地面积小的优点。以某电厂660 MW燃煤机组为例,对双入口和单入口吸收塔的烟气流场分别进行数值模拟。结果表明,双入口吸收塔烟道布置方式入口不易积垢、流场均匀度好,是一种更为优越的湿法烟气脱硫系统的设计方案。Compared with traditional layout scheme of the absorption tower with single inlet, the flue duet layout scheme of absorption tower with double inlets for wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD)boasts the aduantages of low energy consumption and small area of occupation. Taking 660 MW coal- fired unit as example,the numerical simulation of flue gas flow field in the absorption tower with double inlets and single inlet has been carried out respectively. Results show that the flue duct layout scheme of absorption tower with double inlets isn't easy to make fouling in the entrance, and the uniformity of flow field is also good, being a more advantageous design scheme for WFGD
