摘 要:在循环流化床内进行垃圾与煤混烧,用双流体喷嘴进行了半干式喷雾干燥烟气净化试验研究。结果表明:在石灰浆液浓度小于15%时,排烟中酸性气体的净化效率随Ca(OH)2浓度的增加而较快提高,随液滴粒径的增加先增加后降低,随入口烟气温度的升高而升高,以及随排烟温度与绝热饱和温度的差值减小而提高。The mixedly burning of municipal solid wastes(MSW)with coal has been carried out in circulating fluidized bed(CFB),and test study on semi - dry type spraying dry flue gas cleaning being conducted by using a double - liquid nozzle. Results show that the cleaning efficiency of acid gas in the exhausted flue gas, under condition of lime slurry concentration being lower than 15% ,is rapidly enhanced along with increasing the concentration of Ca(OH)2, and being firstly enhanced and then being lowered with increasing the particle size of liquid drop,as well as being enhanced along with increasing the inlet flue gas temperature and decreasing the difference value between the flue gas temperature and the adiabatic saturation temperature.
