摘  要:锅炉燃烧优化系统可提高燃烧效率,降低发电煤耗,减少NOx的排放。介绍了浙江长兴发电有限公司燃烧优化系统的运行参数及特点,认为燃烧优化系统的双偏置控制手段及飞灰含碳量的在线监测系统投撤的灵活性可使燃烧优化系统运行更灵活、更有效,并能保证不对原系统产生不良影响。同时,指出了应用过程中存在的问题如容易引起锅炉超温、磨煤机堵煤及需要完善氧量自动和送风自动控制等。The combustion optimizing system of boilers can enhance combustion efficiency,reduce coal consumption of power generation,and decrease emission of gaseous NOx. The operation parameters and features of the combustion optimizing system in Changxing Power Generation Co Ltd have been presented. It is believed that the double biased control means of the said system,as well as the flexibility of putting the on- line monitoring system for carbon conten in fly ash into operation and taking it off,can make the operation of combustion optimizing system to be even more agile and even more effective, and ensure not producing bad effect onto the original system. At the same time,some problems existing in the process of application have been pointed out,such as it is easily to cause over - temperature in the boiler,to produce coal plugging in the coal pulverizer,as well as need to perfect automatic control of the oxygen content and of the draf air etc..
