摘 要:通过试验得出国产300 MW机组配套的水环式真空泵(简称水环泵)的工作水进口温度、漏入真空负压系统的空气流量与凝汽器性能、水环泵抽吸空气流量的相互变化关系。研究表明,在漏入空气流量不变的情况下,工作水进口温度对水环泵抽气流量起决定性的作用,降低工作水进口温度能有效改善夏季高温季节水环泵抽气能力下降、机组运行真空偏低的问题。该方法对提高其它形式抽气设备的抽气能力也具有借鉴意义。Through test, the variable mutual relationship among inlet temperature of working water, flow rate of leaked air into negative pressure vaccum system,performance of condenser,and flow rate of extracted air by the water- ring vacuum pump equiped for home - made 300 MW uint has been obtained. Study shows that the inlet temperature of working water has decisive effect upon the flow rate of extracted air by the water- ring pump under condition of constant flow rate of the leaked in air, decrease of inlet temperature for the working water can efficiently improve the problem of lower extracting capability in using water - ring pump and poor vacuum in operation of the unit during summer season. The said method has reference significance for enhancing air - extracting capability of other type air- extracting equipments.
