摘  要:实践证明紊流双套管技术在长距离输送电除尘器干灰方面是非常成功的,而干渣堆积重度、透气性等物性完全不同于干灰,目前在长距离输送干渣方面国内还没有成功的案例。对双套管干渣输送系统进行了大量的试验,取得了一些成果。为以后机组负荷、煤质等变化时的运行参数调整,从而达到优化输渣系统经济、安全运行目的积累了经验。Experience approved that technology in turbulence union dual tubes is very successful in the field of long distance transportation cottrell trunk ash. But the physical property such as sticky cinder heaping degree and air permeability grade are very different from dry ash. It does not have successful case at present in the homeland in the field of dry ash of long distance transportation. People have taken a mounts of tests, and got a few achievements on sticky cinder dual-tubes transportation system for this purpose in the laboratory and industry practice. For aircraft crew the operation parameters adjustment such as unit load and anthrax vary in the operation, having accumulated experience for achieving the target of optimizing the cinder transportation system and economic operation in security.
