摘　　要：92级钢是在91级钢的基础上改良开发出来的新钢种,具有优良的高温强度和抗蠕变性能,其最高设计工作温度达625℃,主要用于超超临界压力锅炉中的高温部组件中。SA-182F92是92级钢中的合金锻件。通过插销冷裂纹试验、斜Y型坡口冷裂纹试验,系统研究国产F92钢冷裂敏感性及影响因素,并探讨冷裂纹萌生、扩展机制,为国产F92钢的生产应用提供了有力的技术支持。F92 steel is a kind of new steel improved on the basis of Fgl steel, has excellent high temperature strength and creep resistant properties, the design of the highest temperature reached 625 ℃, mainly used in the high temperature components of ultra supercritical pressure boiler. SA-182F92 is alloy steel forgings of 92 level steel. Through bolt cold cracking test, Y-ramp groove cold crack test and the highest heat affected zone hardness test system for China-made F92 steel and cold-sensitive factors, and to explore the cold crack initiation, expansion mechanism for the domestic steel F92 production provide a strong technical support.
