摘  要:通过热模拟试验研究了SA302C钢在线能量分别为16 200 J/cm和34 650 J/cm时焊缝热影响区粗晶区的组织和性能,并重点比较了不同热处理工艺对粗晶区性能的影响规律。结果表明,在上述焊接线能量范围,热影响区粗晶区的维氏硬度远远高于母材的硬度,粗晶区的主要组成相为马氏体;焊接线能量越高,粗晶区的晶粒尺寸越大。经过热处理后,硬度下降,试样的冲击韧性显著提高;但热处理保温时间对硬度和韧性的影响并不显著。The HAZ microstructure and properties of SA302C steel were studied with the range of 16 200 J/cm and 34 650 J/cm by welding thermal simulation. The effect of different heat treatment processes on the properties of CG HAZ were especially compared. The results show that the hardness of CG HAZ is much higher than base materials in the range of heat inputs above. The main composite phase of CG HAZ was martensite. The grain size of CG HAZ was increased by the improvement of heat input. The hardness of the samples decreases after heat treatment and the toughness increases significantly. However, the holding time of heat treatment has small impact on the hardness and toughness of the samples.
