摘　　要：实验上研究了Ｃｕ掺杂的Ｌａ２／３Ｃａ１／３Ｍｎ１－ｘＣｕｘＯｙ单相样品液氦温度时的磁阻对磁场历史的依赖关系．结果表明，相对于其它掺杂的样品，ｘ＝０．１５样品的磁阻强烈的依赖于磁历史，体现在两个方面，一是磁阻曲线存在着非常明显的滞后效应；二是固定场下测得的电阻随时间的变化呈对数型关系．Abstract We studied the magnetic history dependence of magnetoresistance of Cu doped single phase sample La 2/3 Ca 1/3 Mn 1- x Cu x O y at ￣77K. The result shows that the magnetoresistance of the sample ( x =0.15), different from other samples, depends on the magnetic history strongly. This is shown in two aspects: one, there is a remarkable magnetic hysteric effect. The other, a logarithmic time dependence of the resistance has been found in a constant magnetic field.
