摘　　要：所谓"社会必要劳动时间"的"第二重含义"是人们强加给马克思的,马克思的论述中只存在"必要劳动时间"的"另一种意义"。由于这种强加给马克思的理论被不少人认可,导致了一些理论混乱和不必要的争论。应当还马克思理论的本来面目,在马克思的理论基础上探寻马克思经济学的真谛。马克思在《资本论》中实际上从三个角度论述了必要劳动和必要劳动时间。"必要劳动时间"的"另一种意义"的意义表明了社会对于特定商品的使用价值的需要规模及其包含的价值量的实现量。The so-called of ＂the dual meaning＂ of ＂social necessary labor time＂ is imposed upon Mark by other people. ＂Another meaning＂ of ＂necessary labor time＂ only exists in Mark＇s dissertation. Some confused theories and unnecessary argues are produced due to the theory imposed upon Mark. Mark＇s theory should be revened to its essential contents, and the essence of Mark＇s economics should be searched on the basic Mark＇ theory. Mark factually discussed the necessary labor and necessary labor time from the three points in Mark＇s Das Kapital. ＂Another meaning＂ of ＂necessary labor time＂ indicates the required scale of used value in especial commodities and the reaching quantities of its inclusive value.
