试论东洞庭湖区域湿地生态旅游可持续发展策略

摘　　要：东洞庭湖湿地为当地人民的生产、生活和休闲提供多种资源,但由于管理原因、泥沙淤积、水体污染、不合理开发利用,致使湿地面积减少、生物多样性丧失,制约了当地经济发展。要解决上述问题,应从四个方面着手:一、建立健全的法律制度。二、强化公众湿地保护意识。三、资源开发与保护同步进行,实现最佳的经济效益与社会效益。四、建立社区参与制度、生态补充机制和监测系统。East dongting lake area wetland provides the local people with many kinds of resource in product and leisure. But some aspects in management, silt deposition, water pollution, unreasonable development cause the wetland area decreasement and organisms vanishment, so these restrict the development in local ecomomy. Making the resolution,the paper puts forward in several respects： 1.establishing sound laws and institution. 2.education and training,reinforcing the public＇ protection consciousness.3. resource development and protection synchronism,putting into effect in economy and society. 4,establishing the local people participation institution, ecology compensation mechanism and monitor system.
