新鱼腥草素钠注射液2种含量测定方法比较

摘　　要：目的:比较不同方法测定新鱼腥草素钠注射液含量结果的差异性。方法:分别采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法和重量法测定新鱼腥草素钠注射液的含量。HPLC法的色谱柱为Zorbaextent-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-四丁基氢氧化铵(70:30:0.3),检测波长为286nm;重量法采用国家药品标准中规定的方法。结果:2种方法得到的测定结果相差极大。结论:重量法测定新鱼腥草素钠注射液的含量无专属性。OBJECTIVE： To compare between the HPLC method and gravimetric analysis in the determination of the content of sodium new Houttuyfonte injection.METHODS：The content of sodium new Houttuyfonte injection was determined by HPLC and gravimetric analysis respectively.HPLC condition： Zorba extent C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） detected by UV（286 nm）, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide（70 ： 30 ： 0.3） .The procedure of gravimetric analysis was in line with state drug standard. RESULTS： The determination results were notably different between the two methods.CONCLUSION：Gravimetric analysis showed no specificity in the determination of sodium new Houttuyfonte injection.
