摘　　要：胰岛β细胞功能与1型及2型糖尿病密切相关,因此准确评价胰岛β细胞功能具有重要意义。本文主要总结了β细胞功能,β细胞功能评价,β细胞功能影响因素,β细胞功能保护因素,以及中医药在β细胞功能保护及应用等几个方面的研究进展。Islet β cell function plays an imporant role in the pathogenesis of type 1 and type 2 diabete mellitus. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate islet β cell function. The summarization elaborates islet β cell on five points ： islet B cell function, evaluation of islet β cell function, influencing factors on β cell function, protecting factors of β cell function and the application on β cell protection of FCM.
