摘　　要：通过对高温对流过热器爆泄管段的宏观检测,和对爆泄口母材进行的金相、机械分析,根据锅炉的运行参数,结合锅炉实际运行状况,找出造成高温对流过热器爆泄的真实原因,制定了工程上切实可行的措施。Through overall checking of the blasting segment of liT convective superheater and metallographic and mechanic analysis of base metal at the blasting position, the actual reasons for tube blasting of HT convective superheater are found out. So according to it, measures being carried in project are taken to reduce the times of superheater blasting, and improve the reliability of safe and economic operation for units.
