摘 要:目的:揭示全国主产区鱼腥草种质资源中黄酮类成分质量分数变异规律,为鱼腥草优良品种选育提供基础。方法:用液相色谱法测定22个种源鱼腥草中金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数,并分析形态特征、地理位置、生长性状与金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数的关系。结果与结论:不同种源鱼腥草中金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数存在显著差异,与植物形态存在一定的关系,与种源经纬度没有显著的相关性。因此,在针对鱼腥草金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素成分选择新品种时,应重点考虑鱼腥草植株的形态特征。AIM: To reveal the content variation of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata from main producing areas in China, and to lay a foundation for the breeding of quality of Houttuynia cordata. METHODS: Several flavonoids including hyperin, quercitrin, and quercetin in H cordata from 22 different provenances or geographic origins in China were purified and measured by using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The relationship between the content of flavonoids in H. cordata and their biological characteristics such as morphological and growth traits or a geographic origin were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The levels of three major flavonoids: hyperin, quercitrin, and quercetin, varied remarkably in the plants of H. cordata from different provenances, and variation in quercitrin was significantly correlated to the biological characteristics of the plant but not correlated to the geographic region where the plant grows. Our data thus provides an important means for the selection or evaluation of candidate cultivars of H. cordata from a pharmacological perspective.
