摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱和蒸发光散射检测器联用法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定中药酸枣仁中6种主要黄酮及皂苷类成分的含量,以全面、科学评价酸枣仁药材的质量。方法:色谱分析采用CLC-ODSC18分析柱,0.1%的醋酸(A)和乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;ELSD检测器的漂移管温度为105°C,载气流速为2.9L·min-1。结果:3个黄酮(异牡荆酰基葡萄糖苷、斯皮诺素、6′′′-阿魏酰斯皮诺素)和3个皂苷(酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B、酸枣仁皂苷D)在标准曲线范围内均有较好的线性(r2>0.999),且该方法具有良好的精密度、灵敏度和重复性;应用所建立的方法同时测定了25批酸枣仁药材中3个黄酮和3个皂苷的含量。结论:新建立的HPLC-ELSD方法简单、快速、可靠,适用于酸枣仁药材及其制剂的质量控制。AIM： To simultaneously determinate the six major components in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae （Suanzaoren） by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detection （HPLC-ELSD） for a scientific evaluation of its quality. METHOD： The separation was achieved on a CLC-ODS C18 analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% aqueous acetic acid （A） and acetonitrile （B） using a gradient elution. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 106.5℃, and nitrogen flow-rate was 2.9 L.min^-1. RESULT： Three flavonoids （isovitexin-2＂-O-β-glucopyranoside, spinosin and 6＂-feruloylspinosin） and three saponins （jujuboside A, jujuboside B and jujuboside D） showed good linearity （r2〉 0.999） within test ranges. This method was well validated with good precision, repeatability and sensitivity. It was successfully applied to quantify three flavonoids and three saponin components in twenty-five samples. CONCLUSION： The developed simple, rapid and reliable HPLC-ELSD method is suitable for the comprehensive quality control of Suanzaoren as well as its preparations.
