摘　　要：目前,大规模定制、过程协同是学术界研究的焦点,传统的DEA模型不能应对多阶段、多标准、多过程动态协同问题的测定。针对大规模定制、过程协同特点,在DEA模型研究基础上构建并定制-NETDEA模型定量测定协同效度,同时利用算例分析定制-NETDEA模型优势,指出定制-NETDEA模型在大规模定制企业的实际应用。Mass customization （MC） and process cooperation are widely argued nowadays, traditional DEA model can not resolve multi - stages, multi - dynamic process state problem in measuring validity. Aiming at the characteristics of MC and its process cooperation, the authors built a new model named Custom- NETDEA model based on DEA model in measuring validity of cooperation. Then the authors made a comparison with an example and drew the conclusion that Custom- NETDEA model has measurement advantage. At last, combining with characteristics of the built model, we pointed out the application of Custom- NETDEA model in Mass customization enterprises.
