摘 要:作为骨植入材料的多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)陶瓷存在机械性能缺陷;多孔HA陶瓷制备过程中发现LiCl对HA陶瓷烧结性能有显著影响;系列实验中采用不同LiCl含量制备HA陶瓷样品。SEM及显微硬度测试表明LiCl的引入可提高HA陶瓷致密度,HA颗粒融合连接,气孔减少,显微硬度增高,LiCl能作为添加物调节HA陶瓷的烧结特征,并改善其机械性能。Objective To check the influence to sintering performance of hydroxyapatite ceramic after introducing LiCl. Methods In series of experiments, the LiCl-doped HA ceramics were prepared with different LiCl concentrations. Results The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and micro rigidity indicated that the density of HA ceramic introduced LiCl has been improved. HA granules inosculated and connected each other in ceramic block. The amounts of pore in HA ceramic decreased and micro rigidity has increased. Conclusion The addition of a certain quantity of LiCl can effectively improve the sintering performance and mechanical properties of HA ceramics.
