低熔封接玻璃的无铅化及发展前景

摘　　要：综述了低熔点封接玻璃的组成特点、种类及制备。指出了低熔点封接玻璃组成的无铅化和封接低温化并对Na2O-Al2O3-B2O3系统玻璃的制备和结构与性能进行介绍。新的制备工艺和新的玻璃形成体系将对封接玻璃发展起着十分重要的作用。Summary of the characteristics, kinds and preparation of the sealing glass with low-melting point. The composition of lead-free glass with low melting point and direction of low-temperature sealing was pointed out. Besides, the preparation, structure and properties of Na2O-Al2O3-B2O3 system glass was introduced. New preparation progressing and new glass-forming system will play a very important role in the development of sealing glass.
