春保护地蔬菜田根结线虫的分布及发生规律研究

摘　　要：以番茄田和黄瓜田为对象,系统研究了春保护地蔬菜田根结线虫的分布及发生规律。结果表明:土壤中根结线虫的数量随土层的变化而不同,一般以表土层最多,随土层的加深呈明显减少趋势。同一土层中线虫数量在一个生长季节中变化不大。在春提前保护地蔬菜生长过程中,土壤中根结线虫的数量消长呈明显规律性变化,在试验过程中呈现2个高峰。Study on the nematode distribution and occurrence of vegetable field in spring green- house planted tomato and cucumber showed that amount of nematode was different in every soil layer and the amount of nematodes decreased with the deep of the soil. There was no remarkable different in the same soil lever in the season. The amount of nematode consistently changed with seasons,and there were two peak in the vegetable growth stage, then end of April and May 26.
