摘　　要："个人学者化、科室学科化、医院学院化"作为地市级医院的建院思想和发展方针,实际上就是以科学发展观统领医院发展全局。其根本目的在于提高医院总体医疗技术水平,切实看好老百姓的病,让老百姓满意。文章提出地市级医院发展方向的一些思考和做法,与同道们共同探讨。As the views and pr nciples of development for reg onal and munic pal hospitals, Individual scholarlized, department academicalized and hospital collegelized actually refers to the scientific approah to guide and improve regional and municipa hospital s development. The cardinal purpose is to improve the standard of medical technology of the whole hospital and to cure civilians effectively to make them feel satisfied.-This paper comes up with certain ideas about hospital s culture, and I hope we can have a further discussion with each other by this way.
