摘 要:研制了一种新型絮凝剂,对高浓度磷化废水进行脱磷试验,结果表明,对磷含量为145mg/L左右的磷化污水,通过控制污水的pH值、絮凝剂的投加量、反应时间及沉降时间等参数,可使废水中磷的去除率达99%以上,出水磷含量达到国家综合污水排放一级标准(小于0.5mg/L);磷的去除率分别较传统絮凝剂提高9.8%和11.4%,其脱磷效果和性价比均明显优于传统絮凝剂。A novel composite flocculant for removal of P from phosphating wastewater was devel-oped,and its efficiency in wastewater treatment was examined.Re-sults showed that the phosphorous in phosphating wastewater contai-ning about 145 mg/L of phosphorous could be eliminated by a rate of over 99% by properly adjusting the pH value of the wastewater,dose of the flocculant,reaction time,and precipitation time,which was higher than that of conventional P-removing agent by 9.8%.The discharged water had a P content of less than 0.5 mg/L,qualified with respect to grade 1 discharge standard of national specification for comprehensive wastewaters,with which P was removed at a rate higher than that of conventional flocculant by 11.4%.In one word,the present flocculant had better efficiency for eliminating P from wastewater and better cost-to-performance as well than conventional flocculants.
