摘　　要：糖尿病心脏病是糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。中医药对其防治有独特的优势。笔者在中医学心胃相关理论指导下,应用通腑泻热法治疗糖尿病心脏病取得较好的疗效,并时其作用机理进行了系统的研究,本文拟对心胃相关论治糖尿病进行理论探讨并提出研究设想。Diabetic cardiopathy(DC)is the main death cause of diabetic patients.Now,tredi- tional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown a unique advantage of effectively preventing and curing DC.Based on the heart-stomach correlation theory,a good therapeutic effect was achieved in the treatment of DC with the therapy of unblocking bowels and purging heat,and a systemic research of its therapeutic mechanism was carried out.In this study,treating DC based on heart-stomach cor- relation theory was discussed and some thoughts of further research were pot forward.
