摘　　要：血管内皮是人体最大的内分泌、旁分泌器官,有重要生理功能,内皮功能不全与高血压密切相关。现综述高血压与内皮功能紊乱之间相互作用的病理生理机制以及在高血压治疗中改善内皮功能的思路。As the largest human endocrine and paracrine organ, blood vessel endothelial cells have a critical physiological function. Not all endothelial functions are closely related to hypertension. This paper presents the pathophysiologieal mechanism between endothelial dysfunction and hypertension, and provides an outlook into the improvement of endothelial function in hypertension treatment.
