摘　　要：脂联素是脂肪组织特异性分泌的一种激素蛋白。研究表明,脂联素在冠心病发生和发展中起调控和保护作用并且在控制冠心病危险因素方面也起重要作用。现主要论述脂联素与冠心病及其危险因素方面的研究进展。Adiponectin is a hormonal protein, which is secreted from fatty tissue. Research has shown that adiponectin is the origin for regulation and protection effect depended on occurrence and development of coronary heart disease besides made important effect to dirigate risk factors in coronary heart disease. To present archdissertation on progress of research into adiponectin with risk factors for coronary heart disease.
