摘　　要：冠状动脉无复流是指血管造影无血管机械性阻塞的证据,而冠状动脉循环所支配的节段心肌灌注不足的一种现象。现对无复流的概念、分类及可能的机制,诊断及防治方法做一综述。No-flow coronary angiography is no vascular mechanical obstruction of evidence, and the coronary circulation dominated by the segment myocardial perfusion less than a phenomenon. In this paper we review no-flow concept, classification and possible mechanisms, diagnosis, and prevention methods.
