摘　　要：姜黄素是姜黄属中药的主要药理成分,是从姜黄属中药中提取的酚类物质。近年对其药理作用及相关机制进行的研究与探索发现,姜黄素能通过抗氧化、清除自由基、抗凝、抗炎等机制多途径发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Curcumin is an active ingredient of Curcuma Longa. It is a polyphenolic compound extracted from the plant Curcnma Longa. In recent years, the study of the pharmacological effects, and related mechanisms, proved that curcumin could inhibit the development of atherosclerosis by anti-oxidant, eliminating free radical, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, et al.
