摘　　要：通过加强菌种制备环境管理、无菌操作技能及无菌意识培训、培养基及无菌用具的灭菌和使用管理、菌种储藏管理,使菌种带菌进罐几率由9.64%降低到1.2%。Through strengthening control of environment for preparation of strain, training non-sterile operational skill for personnel, sterilizing the culture medium and tools and management for strain store to decrease the probability that bacteria go into tank from 9.64% to 1.2%.
