摘 要:制备了一种新型的有机气敏材料一取代双酞菁镧(Sub-Re(Pc)2),该材料具有优良的溶解性能和成膜性能,无需任何分子支撑剂即可较好地在纯水亚相上形成LB膜。当铺展量为0.5mg/m2时,崩溃压高达51mN/m。在10μm间距的超微电级上制备了18层LB单分子超薄膜,AFM观测证实其表面形貌均匀致密。在气敏响应的测试中,该材料在较低工作温度(10℃)下有灵敏的电子学响应,瞬时响应为3-5s,信号变化达4个数量级,在85%微热条件下能彻底脱附气体分子,已经具备实际应用价值。A new novel organic gas sensitive materials, substituted rare earth double phthalocyanine, has better performance of dissolving and film forming, has been preparated in this paper. The LB film can be formed on subface of micro-electrode substrate without any molecular back-up substance. Surface collapse pressure can reach to 51 mN/m, when Sub-Re(Pc)2 was spread out thoroughly at 0. 5 mg/m2 on the surface of pure water. Organic gas-sensitive device, contained 18 layers highly ordering single molecule LB thin film on super microelectrode , was prepared and has response capability in oxidizing gas. The super thin film was proved homogeneous and compaction by AFM. This device has sensitive electronic response at low surrounding temperature 10℃, and has instantaneous response time less than 3-5s, and has significant signal-variation in 4 orders of magnitude, and has rapid escaping of gas thoroughly at 85℃. The matarial has value of utility and has precede performance on response temperature and response threshold value.
