摘　　要：本文对采自福建闽南、闽北等地表现为鸭传染性浆膜炎的病死鸭组织进行病原分离与人工感染试验。并对病原菌株进行细菌学及血清学鉴定。确定其病原菌均为鸭疫巴氏杆菌Ⅰ型。Infectious serositis of duck occured recentlyboth in MinBei and MinNan Fujian Province. Experiments of isolation and artificial infection tests havebeen done and the virulent pathogenic bacteria strainswere affirmed. Accoding to the morphological. physiological, biochemical reaction and seroreaction, it wasidentified to be pasteurella anatipetifer I.
