摘　　要：针对吉林铁合金股份有限公司能耗采用人工抄表、能源浪费严重的问题,设计并实现了以Oracle为数据库的能源计量管理系统,并主要阐述了在Oracle数据库中采用PL/SQL编写存储过程、触发器等策略对采集上来的数据进行合理处理,提高数据的完整性以及整个系统的性能,充分发挥了Oracle数据库的优势。In view of the method of manual meter-reading for energy consumption in Jilin Ferroalloy Co. , Ltd. , which resulted in serious waste of energy, Energy Management System based on Oracle Database was designed and applied, and strategies such as stored procedure, trigger prepared by PL/SQL in Oracle Database to appropriately deal with the data acquired were discussed, which improve the integrity of data and performance of overall system, and give full play to the advantage of Oracle Database.
