摘　　要：联合国维和行动是联合国集体安全机制的重要载体。维和行动在新世纪展示了其新的特点,为维和机制的改革提供了现实依据。维和原则、维和法典与维和资源问题是维和机制改革的主要焦点,维和组织机制的改革是维和机制改革的首要问题。在当前国际政治的现实背景下,制定维和法典的适切性仍显不足,当前维和行动的常态化与大国化倾向对联合国维和机制的改革提出了新的挑战,维和行为体之间横向合作的加强以及对"综合性维和"的研究与运用必将促进维和机制的改革。The United Nations＇ Peacekeeping Operation is an important carrier of the UN＇ s Collective Security Mechanism. The Peacekeeping Operation is revealing its new characteristics in the development of the new century, and gave the realistic basis to the innovation of the Peacekeeping Mechanism. Peacekeeping Principles, Peacekceping Code, and Peacekeeping Resources are the key focuses of the innovation of the Peacekeeping mechanism, which is the major problem of the innovation of the organizational mechanism. Under the realistic background of present international politics, the relevance of establishing of the Peacekeeping Code is still insufficient. Nowadays, the normalization and power building up of the Peacekeeping Operation is presenting new challenges to the innovation of the Peacekeeping Mechanism in the new century. The strengthening of the horizontal cooperation among the Peacekeeping actors and the research and application of the ＂Comprehensive Peacekeeping＂ will absolutely accelerate the innovation of the Peacekeeping Mechanism.
