摘  要:目前我国通过立法等多种手段保证女性在就业领域不会因为生育期、哺乳期等问题而遭受性别歧视。但事实上,即使有相关法律政策的保护,女性因生育问题而导致的性别歧视问题依然存在,且有愈演愈烈的趋势。将社会性别意识纳入生育保险政策的主流有助于从理念上转变生育保险政策制定的出发点,从而减少因生育问题而导致的就业领域性别歧视。At present, by various means, such as legislation, we have been protecting the female from gender discrimination in employment realm for bearing, lactation problems. Actually, even under the protection of relevant laws, the female are still discriminated during their procreating and this situation is getting worse and worse. Bringing the conception of social gender into the maternity insurance administers would help to transform the springboard of establishing policies of maternity insurance from basic conception, which can help to decrease the gender discrimination caused by bearing problems.
