摘　　要：通过分析电连接器绝缘体的结构特点,提出了基于结构特征的参数化设计思路,以UG为软件平台实现电连接器绝缘体参数化设计系统的研发,不仅为绝缘体成型模具CAD奠定基础,对结构特征一致的系列产品或零件的参数化设计具有借鉴意义。Analyzing the structure of the electrical connector insulator firstly, the author proposes the new idea of the parametric design based on structure feature, and realizes the R＆D of the electrical connector insulator＇s parametric design system based on UG. That not only provides the basis for the CAD of the insulator＇ s mould, but also gives an example for the parametric design of a series of parts or products having the same structure features.
