摘　　要：根据离散制造企业的实际需求,结合PLM技术,把项目管理信息和产品数据模型信息集成起来。主要研究了PLM中的项目管理技术特点,利用现有的建模技术,初步建立了面向PLM的项目管理模型和工艺信息模型,并把两者有机的结合起来,使工艺信息贯穿于产品整个生命周期。Based on the discrete manufacturing enterprises＇ requirements and the PLM technology, this article integrates the information of the project management and product model. This article the characteristic of the project management technology of PLM, established the organization medel and process model face to PLM by use of the modeling technology, and integrates both of then. It makes the process information shared in the product lifecycle.
