摘 要:为了探讨接种不同根际联合固氮菌对水稻生长发育的影响,对水稻接种了不同菌种,试验研究结果表明,接种根际联合固氮菌对水稻分蘖发生发展与成穗有一定的促进作用,对水稻农艺性状有一定的改善作用,稻谷经济产量和生物量比对照增加。稻谷用菌液浸种,水稻发报数比对照略有增加;苗期喷菌株,对水稻株高、发根量以及鲜重、干重有一定的增加作用,秧苗素质有所提高。In studying the effect of inoculating different nitrogen - fixing bacteria on rice growth and development, it indicates rice inoculated associative nitrogen - fixing bacteria has a significant stimulation on the initiation and development of rice tillers and the ratio of ears to tillers.lt also improves the rice agronomic characters. In comparison with others rice inoculated with associative nitrogen - fixing bacteria has obviously more biomass and standard grain yield of rice. Especially the increments for the rice plant inoculated with engineering bacteria with hup gene. Rice seeds dipping into associative nitrogen - fixing bacteria can increase the root number. By spraying the seedling plant.it can increase the plant height, root number and fresh weight, dry weight. So it improves the seedling quality
