毒素清对内毒素肺损伤兔小肠MIP-2 mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨毒素清颗粒对内毒素肺损伤家兔小肠组织巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-2信使核糖核酸(MIP-2mRNA)表达的影响。方法静脉注射脂多糖建立家兔肺损伤模型。大耳白兔36只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、毒素清大中小剂量组、双黄连组,每组6只。采用原位杂交技术测定MIP-2 mRNA表达水平。结果与对照组比较,模型组小肠组织MIP-2 mRNA表达明显上调(P<0.01);与模型组比,毒素清大、中剂量组MIP-2mRNA表达明显减弱(P<0.01)。结论内毒素肺损伤家兔小肠组织MIP-2 mRNA表达显著增强。毒素清能抑制MIP-2释放,减轻炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Dusuqing granule on the expression of MIP-2 mRNA at small intestine of rabbit with endotoxin-induced lung injury. Methods Rabbit model with lung injury was made by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide. 36 rabbits were randomly divided into control, model, Dusuqing large, middle and small dose and Shuanghuanglian groups. The expression of MIP-2 mRNA was measured by in situ hybridization. Results Compared with control group, the expression of MIP-2 mRNA in model group was up-regulated obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with model group, the expressions of MIP-2 mRNA in Dusuqing large and middle dose groups were down-regulated obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The expression of MIP-2 mRNA at small intestine is increased markedly in rabbit with endotoxin-induced lung injury. Dusuqing granule can inhibit the release of MIP-2 and relieve inflammation reaction.
