摘 要:[目的]了解喉切除病人术前信息需求的情况及满意度,指导对喉切除病人信息提供工作。[方法]采用问卷调查法,根据目的抽样方法选取符合抽样方法的116例喉切除病人,研究工具包工括一般资料部分和信息需求问卷部分。在病人出院前由研究人员向病人发放调查表,病人自行填写后当场收回。[结果]共收回有效问卷116份,78.4%的病人认为术前咨询对其适应术后的改变有帮助,31.9%的病人对于术前被提供的信息非常满意。[结论]术前信息提供对喉切除病人适应术后的改变非常重要,但目前病人对于术前被提供的信息的满意程度较低,医护人员必须了解喉切除病人的信息需求倾向,有针对性的提供相关信息,使病人能够更好的适应术后的改变。Objective. To know about the preoperative information demands and satisfaction degree of patients undergoing laryngectomy, so as to guide the information providing for the patients undergoing laryngectomy. Methods. A total of 116 patients undergoing laryngectomy were selected who fitted to objective sampling method, the research tools included the parts of general data and information demands questionnaire. The questionnaires were sent to patients by research personnel before discharging, and the questionnaires were filled in by patients themselves and took back immediately. Results. All 116 effective questionnaires were taken back, and the 78.4% patients thought of the preoperative counseling was helpful for them to suit the postoperative changes, and 31.9% patients were satisfied at the preoperative information very much. Conclusion: The preoperative information providing is very important for patients undergoing laryngectomy to suit the postoperative changes, however, the satisfaction degree of patients at preoperative provided information is lower at present, so doctor--nurse staff must know about the tendency of information demands of patients undergoing laryngectomy, so as to provide the related information aiming at their demands and make them suit the postoperative changes.
