摘　　要：[目的]探讨实施病人家属健康教育对脑梗死病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将86例脑梗死病人随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组病人按常规治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育。4周及6个月后采用生活质量指数评定量表对两组病人进行评定。[结果]实验组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]实施家属健康教育能明显提高脑梗死病人的生活质量。Objective. To probe into carrying out health education for family members on quality of life of cerebral infarction patients. Methods：A total of 86 cerebral infarction patients were selected and divide into control and teat group randomly. Patients of control group were given conventional treatment and nursing. Family members of test group patients were carried out health education besides patients accepting conventional treatment and nursing. Then all patients were evaluated by adopting living quality index evaluation scale four weeks and six months later respectively. Results. The scorings of patients in test group were higher than that of control group cases obviously （P〈0.01）. Conclusion. To carry out health education for family members of cerebral infarction patients could enhance their quality of life remarkably.
