摘 要:】对14个陆地棉品种(系)抗枯萎病性与农艺性状间的相关性研究表明,野生棉与栽培陆地棉的杂种后代品系RF-1和RF-4等对枯萎病免疫,但丰产性较差。以丰产优质材料作母本与抗病材料作父本的杂交后代品系华106(颚荆1号×中159)和6003[颚荆1号×(华101×中12)F1]的综合性状较好。14个材料抗病性与品质性状、产量性状间呈一定程度的负相关。产量和蕾铃脱离受环境影响较大,子指、衣指、衣分和绒长受环境影响较小。Fourteen cotton ( Gossypium hirsutum L.) varieties/lines were used to study the correlation between fusarium wilt ( Fusarium vasinfectum Atk.) and agronomic characters. RF-1, RF-4 and other similar strains deriving from interspecific hybridization between wild cotton species and the cultivated species upland cotton ( G.hirsutum ) were shown to be immune to fusarium wilt but poor in productivity. Hua 106 and 6003, which owe their origin to the cross combinations with high yielding and good quality genotype as the maternal parent and disease resistant genotype(s) as the paternal parent [Ejing 1 × Zhong 159 and Ejing 1 × (Hua 10 × Zhong 12) F 1], showed desirable comprehensive performance. In the 14 genotypes studied, fusarium wilt resistance was, in different degrees, negatively correlated with quality characters and yield contributing components. Environmental factors had marked influence on yield and bud or boll shedding and little influence on seed index, lint index and fibre length.
