摘 要:在长三角一体化发展的背景下,长三角港口群中最重要的两个港口——上海港与宁波—舟山港应该避免"同质竞争",走合作竞争之路,共同打造成为上海国际航运中心。在深入分析了上海宁波港的各自的优劣势及其竞争态势和发展趋势的基础上,并以国外若干港口成功整合为借鉴,我们认为上海港和宁波港之间形成一种分工协作的整合优势是可能的,并提出了两港整合的基本思路,并认为整合后的上海港将是一个以集装箱为核心业务,高端港口服务业发达的国际化大港,而宁波—舟山港则将成为大型中转、集疏枢纽港,它们共同组成未来的长三角国际航运中心。With the integrative development of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai Port and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, two most important ports within the Yangtze River Delta, should cooperate with each other so as to avoid homogeneous competition and establish an international shipping center. On the basis of the analysis of the advantages and drawbacks, competition conditions and development trends, The authors conclude that it is possible for the two ports to conduct cooperation based on labor division, and further put forward some fundamental approaches for the two ports' integration. It is suggested that Shanghai Port should focus on core businesses like containers and establish itself into an international port of high standard services, while Ningbo-Zhoushan Port should develop itself into a hub port dealing with transferring and transporting.
