摘 要:经济的全球化、信息的需求、港口间的激烈竞争等因素使港口联盟的形成成为必然。港口联盟的形式有港口与班轮公司的联营、港口与港口的联营,港口与港口联营的方式有局部合作模式和实体型企业运作模式两种。上海港与宁波—舟山港是长三角港口群的两大寡头,其关系可用价格领导模型来解释,上海港为领导型港口,目前正在建设的上海国际航运中心应该属于局部合作模式的港口联盟。通过对上海港与宁波—舟山港合作与否进行无限重复动态博弈得出结果:只要将来的收益不是差异很大,那么双方就会一直合作。With the economic globalization, the demand of information and fierce competition among various ports, it is indispensable for ports to form an alliance, which can be in forms like joint management between the ports and linear companies, and the joint management between ports, with the latter managed by regional cooperation or entity enterprises. As two giant ports in the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai Port and Ningbo-Zhoushan Port can cooperate on the base of price leadership model. The in-building Shanghai International Shipping Center is a port alliance of regional cooperation. The infinite repeated dynamic game shows that the two ports will cooperate with each other as long as there are no great variations between their benefits.
