降脂轻身胶囊干预痰浊阻遏型血脂异常临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价降脂轻身胶囊干预痰浊阻遏型高脂血症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用脂必妥片治疗,治疗组采用降脂轻身胶囊治疗。4w为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组病例治疗后临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等变化情况。结果治疗组在改善中医证候及TC、LDL-C等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂轻身胶囊可明显改善痰浊阻遏型高脂血症患者中医证候和血脂指标,且有较好安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jiangzhi Qingshen Capsule（Capsule for lipid and body weight reducing） on hyperlipidemia due to phlegm obstruction. Methods 120 sub- jects were randomly divided into two groups,60 subjects in each one. In control group,Zhibituo Tablets were provided and in treatment group, Jiangzhi Qingshen Capsule was adopted. 4 weeks of treatment made 1 course, totally 2 courses were required. It was to observe the clinical efficacy after treatment and changes in syndrome score of Chinese medicine, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL - C after treatment in two groups. Results Treatment group obtained apparent superior outcomes in the improvements of syndromes of Chinese medicine as well as TC, LDL-C compared with those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiangzhi Qingshen Capsule may apparently improve the syndromes of Chinese medicine and blood lipid indexes in hyperlipidemia patients caused by phlegm obstruction and this medicine is quite safe in application.
