城市外来“散工”社区就业与社会支持——以武汉市为例

摘　　要：目前,尽管外来"散工"群体还没有形成社会学意义上的一个"社会阶层",但城市中日益显现的"散工"现象特别是其就业问题应该引起充分的关注和重视。文章以武汉市为例,采取问卷调查的方法考察城市外来"散工"社区就业的社会支持状况,并对其影响因素进行分析,以期为这一特殊群体就业构建完善的社会支持网络,进而促其就业,尽快融入社区生活。Presently, although day man has not been a “social class” in a sense of sociology, the day man in city particularly their employment should be paid attention. Taking Wuhan as an example , through questionnaire , this article surveyed the social support of community employment for day man and analysed its factor to build up a complete network of employment support for this particular group and promote their employment and harmonize into community life.
