摘　　要：湿地松大田育苗截根处理，能促进苗木根系的发育；主根变短，侧根、须根量增加，吸收营养面增大；地下与地上部分生长趋于平衡，从而提高一级苗率，提高造林成活率。初步得出截根的最佳深度为９～１０ｃｍ，时间为８月上旬至９月中旬。Seedling of Pinus elliottii with root cut improves the development of root system and helps increase thickness of major root and the total root quantity of hair roots and side roots.Seedlings with root cut also attains a better balance of underground growth and aboveground growth,which enhances the percentage of first grade seedling and viability of the seedling as well.The optimum depth of the root cut is 9～10 cm and the adaquate time is from early August to mid-September.
