摘  要:目的:研究CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在哮喘儿童外周血中的比例改变,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用细胞内染色的流式细胞术检测急性发作期哮喘患儿外周血CD4+CD25+Treg及其调控基因FOXP3的表达,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果:急性发作期哮喘患儿外周血CD4和CD25双阳性细胞所占比例与健康对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),而CD4+CD25+FOXP3调节性T细胞在外周血中的比例明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论:哮喘患儿外周血CD4+CD25+FOXP3调节性T细胞在外周血中的比例明显减少,可能与哮喘的发病机制有关。Objective:To investigate the change of CD4^+CD25^+ T regulation cells in peripheral blood in children with asthma. Methods: CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3 T regulate cells in children with asthma were measured by intracellular 3-colour flow cytometry in peripheral blood cells in children with asthma. Results :There were similar frequencies of CD4^+CD25^+ T cells in peripheral blood of asthma children and health control. However, the quantity of CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3 T regulate cells was decreased significantly in peripheral blood of patients with asthma in comparison with that of normal controls (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The proportion of CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3 T regulate cells decreased in children with asthma, which might contribute to the pathological process of such disease.
